Message from HSA's President Donna Fouts:

Aloha Hawaii Adult Soccer Players,

One of the benefits you as a registered player with the Hawaii Soccer Association receive is accident insurance coverage when you are participating in adult soccer games.  As happy as we are to offer this as a benefit to all registered players, I must remind you that the coverage you have is NOT a comprehensive health policy.  You as a player pay $15 dollars annually for this policy.  To put that quickly into perspecive, most major health insurance policy that you as a player have breaks down to $1.25 a month...so please be realistic on what the policy might cover.
