Mission:
The mission of the Hawaii Soccer Association (HSA) is to provide and
promote the widest opportunity for playing soccer in
Hawaii
for Adults
with recreational and competitive
leagues
play and
tournaments
on
quality fields, while maintaining a safe playing environment
within the laws of the game. HSA is affiliated with the
United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA),
United States Soccer Federation
(USSF) and the
Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA)
